Bed and Brush Cleanup service:
$42.50 per man hour $125 minimum, charged on the 1/4 hour after minimum met. Typically a 3 man crew is provided for Cleanups. You may set time limit if you are on a strict budget. If you have a special request or would like us to concentrate on a specific area please let us know so that we may best accommodate the service we provide to you.

Free Delivery of Mulch If Installed during a cleanup.
Clippings and leaves will be bagged and set at your curb for pickup by city services.
City approved bags are supplied by BKL.
Gas powered equipment is used unless otherwise requested.
To remove bags and bundles of debris an $8 per bag or bundle fee applies.
To haul off a Trailer load of debris incurs a disposal fee of $175 per Trailer load.
Maximum size for removal of tree limbs is 4 inches in diameter or less, and limbs less than 10 feet in length.
Unless otherwise requested, we only trim the new growth on shrubs. Trimming more than the new growth from existing shrubs will leave large open areas in shrub.
Trimming old growth on overgrown shrubs is considered a specialized pruning called shrub rejuvenation; this service is offered only during the winter months and is not considered part of a normal cleanup. Please contact us December through February regarding this type of pruning for a consultation.

Mulch:
Efficient and successful weed & grass management uses an integrated approach: regular maintenance to remove weeds and grasses, and mulch to help control weeds by preventing sunlight from reaching weed seeds. Mulch also protects plants from harsh summer/winter conditions. It conserves moisture, lowers watering costs, adds an improved aesthetic appearance to your home, acts as a weed inhibitor and places valuable nutrients back into soil.

Regular Mulch: $125 per Cubic Yard, Specialty Mulch is $175 per cubic Yard: Includes installation ONLY. A delivery charge of $75 applies if Mulch is not installed in conjunction with another type of landscaping service.

Length in Feet x Width in feet x depth in inches divided by 324 = cubic yards needed.

Azalea soil: $175/Cu Yard. for acid loving plants
Bedding mix: $125/Cu Yard. a blend of compost, pine bar & fine sand, perfect for those new plant beds
Organic compost: $125/Cu Yard. Add microbes & organic matter to enhance soil. Excellent as Top Dressing.
Mixed soil with compost: $125/Cu Yard. Blend of sandy loam
Rose Soil: $165/Cu Yard. Great for ornamentals, holds water better
Texas Select : $185/Cu Yard. screened top soil, excellent for leveling low spots in turf
Soil Amendments available: Call for price: Texas Green sand, Lava Sand, Expanded Shale, Sharp Sand
